Great marketing uses the media best suited.

direct
mail

Direct Mail: noun: ‘unsolicited commercial literature sent to prospective customers through the post.’

business
card

Business Card: noun: ‘a small card printed with one’s name, occupation, business address, etc.’

microsite
website

Microsite: noun ‘A small auxiliary website designed to function as a supplement to a primary website’

direct mail

The direct mail item plays upon the weakness of email and the dreaded junk folder. Crumpling two thirds of the page represents something having been discarded before being looked at.

From here the reader detaches the business card.

business card

There is no getting away from the good old business card. Mine has been attached to the direct mail item to purvey both a personal touch and allow immediate contact with me.

Text hidden by the card delivers a call to action.

microsite website

Registering junkfolder.co.uk my campaign culminates with the design and development of this example microsite website. My one aim, to encourage first contact and open dialogue.

Now you know what to do.

logo

The junk folder logo was designed to give this direct mail campaign an identity. This microsite website will be both a vehicle for this and future direct mail campaigns.
